Custom-Order-Your-Vehicle

We are happy to order the exact Chevrolet, Buick, GMC vehicle that you want and will guide you through the easy process of custom ordering your bespoke vehicle at Sleepy Hollow Chevrolet Buick GMC.

STEP 1: SELECT VEHICLE

Select the vehicle model, type and color you would like to order. Then click "Start Your Custom Order". Enter your contact information and click "submit" to begin the ordering process.

STEP 2: CUSTOMIZE

We will contact you to customize the vehicle type you selected with available trims, colors, packages, and other options. We will also review pricing and give you an estimated date that your new vehicle will be in your driveway.

STEP 3: REVIEW

We will provide you a custom vehicle build sheet detailing all of the options you selected, as well as pricing to ensure we got everything right as well as our custom order form.

STEP 4: COMPLETE

Return a signed copy of the vehicle build sheet as well as a completed custom order form*. The entire deposit will be applied toward the vehicle balance at the time of purchase. 

* We require a deposit to place your order with the manufacturer.

STEP 5: DRIVE

You will be contacted when your vehicle arrives at Sleepy Hollow Chevrolet Buick GMC. When your custom vehicle arrives, it will qualify for the same incentives as in-stock Chevrolet, Buick, GMC vehicles do. Best of all, your custom vehicle comes with our outstanding customer service.

We invite you to review your customization options with our sales associates in person where you will be able to see, touch, and feel the materials available for your custom order as well as review any questions that you may have.**

* All vehicle orders can be price protected in the event of a price increase from the manufacturer from the time the order is placed to delivery of the vehicle. This protection will be issued as a credit to the customer when the vehicle is sold, in the amount of the difference between the new price and the price at the time of order. Price protection only covers the specific vehicle ordered by the customer and cannot be transferred to another vehicle. In order to qualify for price protection, the customer who ordered the vehicle must match the name of the customer who purchases the vehicle.
