Good service is my most important reason for buying vehicles here. Allie greeted me immediately upon entering the garage and service was completed in a timely manner.

The service was excellent as always at Sleepy Hollow. However, I am in general disappointed in the quality/durability of the parts used in the manufacture of my Sierra. The 2021 Sierra I owned needed too many repairs including a new DEF tank, new transmission, new water pump, just to name a few things. I am now in a 2025 Sierra with 36k miles and just had to have a new full tailgate switch replaced. I don’t understand why the GMC trucks cannot be made better than they are.
