You got me in with minimal wait. When I had a serious problem and no childcare coverage on preferred dates they squeezed me in - which I will not forget. Your waiting room is excellent and comfortable so that I can sit with my computer and get some work done. Your people are courteous, competent and not condescending, which is rare in your business. Best of all, when I had a problem on my old Nissan they called around and found someone to help me that day. I am a professional, my time is valuable and your folks do not waste it. And your bills are fair - I notice.
